Portal stones are now correctly saved in the level

Fixed an issue with spectator mod when teleporting to DLC area

Fixed an issue with disappearance of the cursor when teleporting to another level

AO(Ambient Occlusion) now works correctly on DLC levels

Item outlining now works correctly on DLC levels

Now settings are loaded correctly when teleporting to another levels

Added game icon back (after some version it was accidentally deleted)
